here is the deal brother. alot of people here are going to tell you your to young and they may be right. i am now 22 and i started when i was 18 also. the difference though is i did it to compete with the older guys on stage. i am now about to start preparing for the NPC USA's which is a pro quilifier. i started lifting around 5'11 at 190 at the age of 17. as of today im 5'11 290 at 13-14%bf. all that weight gain didn't just come from steroids brother. it came from hard work in the gym, lots of calories, genetics, and lastly drugs. my point is, don't depend on drugs to accomplish your goals. kill your self in the gym, eat 6-10 meals per day and then the steroids. here is an example of my diet in the offseason, off cource you will take in less cals but you get the point. https://www.fitnessgeared.com/showthr...=&threadid=157

Not to flame you bro, but if you are paying attention we are all telling you, "you shouldn't be taking anything right now." your friend IMO is a dick for giving you anything, for crying out loud you don't even know what or how much you are putting in your body. If it was something like dnp you could die. Seriously, learn a hell of a lot more about what you are doing before you continue. You need to know about little things such as "gyno" or Post cycle ie clomid, hcg, nolva etc. The point is you are probably going to do it whether we tell you it's a good idea or not, but listen, "THIS IS NOT KIDS STUFF, YOU CAN GET HURT USING IT"

TweetHey man....I started juicing last year at 18 years old also, BUT, before I juiced.....I had been training naturally for 6 years....I started getting serious when I was 13, I was a little fat kid with no friends . Anyway, when I was 18 I decided to try a prohormone run and It worked out well, I was already looking into juice, but I wanted to try something milder...ya know, to try and get used to some of the sides and controlling the mood swings and stuff.....then I studied juice for about 9 months before I started....I had the basic knowledge down and a little more. I've only done one cycle, and I'm no Genius.......Hell, I'll be the first to say that I juiced too early. Don't get me wrong though, I love it....I just wish I would have gotten closer to my genetic limit before I started.
Anyway....just study the stuff....ask questions on this board....I, and almost everyone else on this board will be happy to answer them for you.....you won't get made fun of unless you really ask for it.
