so thats a little much i guess .

He was talking about injecting in his quad. That injection worries me and i told him he was on his own .

      Hey bro,

Quad injects are a breeze. I've never done delts but will start them in about a week. For quads, just sit down wit your leg bent at a 90 degree angle. Some people keep it straight out. Hit the outer, side of your quad and keep the pin parallel to the floor. www.spotinjections.com has nice info on quad shots. I rarely get pain from them, so if done properly, they rock since you can see it and control the pin so easily. Of course don't forget to aspirate. I don't hit a single spot more than once a week and don't have any problems.

      Good luck!

It could also be the solution that you are injecting. Try adding an equal amount of bacteriostatic water to the injection. It sounds strange because the oil and water won’t mix and when you inject the water will go in first, but once inside the muscle the water will disperse quickly and spread out the oil. This will keep the injected drug from being too concentrated in one area. Also, if you use this method, a medium to fast speed with a 22g or 23g would probably be best.

I think hitting the same spot every 3-4 days is way to often. Add those quads into the rotation. Go slow on them and they are painless. Quads are my favorite when it comes to anything more than 1cc.

I get bad pains from injecting my glutes...it feels like a terrible charlie horse immediately after and then a bruise the next few days. My quads are quick and painless plus I can actually do those myself easily. I would like to start hitting my delts and chest but I don't know if I could handle the burning pains there. lol. BTW I'm using prop and fina so I'm sure its just the prop pain.

You really should try using an equal amount of bacteriostatic water with your injection. It will eliminate the pain and the bruising. My Nephew had the exact same problem that you describe and the bacteriostatic water solved it.

Give it a shot. What have you got to loose – 4 bucks?

I would switch up shoulder shots. Might be over doing the site and building up scar tissue.

I cant even get a pin in my glut anymore....well I guess I CAN, but when I let it go to asperate the damn thing comes half way out again...lol

      That's a good suggestion. Thanks...

      Thanks alote again guy's
I was wondering on those quads shot .Skarn you say to keep the pin parallel to the floor and to hit the side .On spotinjections .com they show the guy hitting it from the top a little to the outside but still on top.

How crusial(sp?) is it where you inject .How much area do you have to play with before encountering problems .thats what i liked about the glutes .lots of area ,very safe spot .

I hear stories of how people hit nerves and hit veins every other injections in the quads .Dang are they that tricky .

Is 5/8 inch too small for a smaller guy ??for the quads

      Thanks

The quads aren't tricky if you know what you're doing...

Hit the outside upper portion of your quad it seems there are less nerves there. DO Not go straight up in down in the middle of your quad...lots of nerves there. Once you get the hang of it quads are a cake walk.

I just know from personal experience that when I'm closer to parallel to the ground, I have less problems. To answer another of your questions, your thigh is a pretty big muscle and yo have plenty of room to play with. I know of guys that hit them exclusivley and just move up and down the muscle.

      Good luck!

try heating up the gear in the syringe ...just cap the pin and run it under hot water for a minute........

cyp is known to sting ....you can use sterile oil or b12 to cut the gear .....it will stop the pain .....

5/8 is too small for the quads....i've used it for my delts but to be safe i use 1" for everything ...i'm 175 about 10%bf and ive got a few lumps myself.... i really feel like i was injecting to fast....
try a little slower ...i did and no more lumps....hopes this helps

Since this thread resurfaced I should apologise for the first z-track method I mentioned. I was kidding!

      Please don't follow my description!

I was probably in a bad mood when I wrote that. Now I can't figure out what the hell was I thinking. I guess I was playing a prank, and not a very good one. I hope nobody gets hurt because of it. Sorry.

It's often used when the drug being injected has an objectionable odor to the patient. Or you can pull the skin to one side and insert the needle straight. The whole idea is to make the hole misaligned after you pull out the needle.

25 g will take longer to inject, but the hole is smaller and less prone to leak.

doesnt a "z" track hurt like hell while inserting the needle in different directions?

I guess it does. I sure hope nobody has tried it. Again, please don't try it. The needle can break. The right way (I'm not kidding now) is to pull the skin to one side and insert the needle straight.

Don't know why I feel so bad about the prank I pulled that day. Must be the estrogen aromatized from the sustanon.
