TweetI am kinda curious about this question too. It seems like most people are hitting each bodypart once a week and I was considering twice a week. We'll see what the consensus is.
TweetDo you guys increase workout days at all while on cycle? Or do you still need good rest in between even when juicing?

TweetWell when I'm "ON" I still hit everything once a week, either way you can still get fatigued while "ON" or "OFF"...what I do is while I'm on gear I stay longer and do heavier weight instead of lighter while I'm off it..when your "OFF", you want to diet and cut, so you would want to stay lighter(not too light though) and do the definition. While I'm on gear your more than likely bulking so your doing heavier weight...
Tweetwhen your on gear your body just wants to keep going and going, so you have to listen to your body so you don't get fatigued...
TweetGood point. If you are still sore it is probably better to rest and heal up. But I was considering
1 Chest/back
2 shoulders/bi's/ tri's
3 legs
4 repeat 1
5 repeat 2
6 repeat 3
7 off
Maybe too much don't want to over do it but I thought while on it speeds up your recovery so you can hit each bodypart twice in a week.
TweetIMO chest and back would/could be too much. your working 2 large muscle groups on the same day. I would do something like this:
Chest
arms
back
rest
legs
shoulders
rest
and then continue on...
Tweetthe BP's I would hit 2x's a week would be the "lazy" one's IMO...not every single one of them...but that's just me, you'll get members on here that will do otherwise
TweetI do 6 days a week, but the only things I hit 2x are calves and forearms. Bi's and tri's are hit indirectly once, and directly once. I train the same on or off, but on, I do more sets. I go as heavy as I can when off, but just not as much volume as my recovery is not as fast.
TweetI don't see how you can do Back the day after arms 1X per week
Chest
Back
Legs
Shoulders
Bi's
Tri's
Rest

why not? I've done this for quite sometime and like it...
TweetMe either...my bi's wouldn't want to hold very much weight for my backOriginally posted by AceDaBoss

that's the whole point why I do it that way, it gives me great pumps and I do feel the soreness believe me
Tweetcool...i can't work chest, back, or shoulders after arm day though. Well damn...don't know if i've tried it before...lol
TweetI do not change my rotine on or off...you train hard all the time....intencity should be there...all the time
EVERYTHING I SAY IS ONLY AN OPINION.
TweetYes, intensity should. My original question was can you work your muscles more often because they recover quicker, or still give them the same amount of time off.
