TweetNever hit the delts with more than 1.5 cc's. With that amount I got big red lumps, I wouldnt even imagine doing 3 cc's. Thats just me though, if you like than all power to you.

i used to hit it with no more than 1.5 mls bro. I would neve r inject small muscles with large amounts like over 2mls. Thats just me.

Tweet3cc's no problem but use an inch not 5/8's.
