      I am unsure of the clomid dosage to go along with the HCG...A guess would be approx 30-60mgs ED along with the HCG but I am purly making that number up

      switching esters [ie. cyp to enth], IMO, would be a good idea.....tell us when you have made a revised cycle and post it....and keep a cycle journal for us love to see it

      Weeks 1-21
      600mg cyp
      200mg Deca
      200mg EQ
      500iu HCG 2x a week
      Weeks 22-24
      75mg ed prop
      500iu HCG eod
      Nolva 10mg ed

      Week 25
      3 days after last HCG and prop shot
      Day 1 150mg clomid 40mg nolva
      Day 2-5 75mg clomid 30mg nolva
      Day 6-10 50mg clomid 20mg nolva
      Day 11-16 25mg clomid 10mg nolva

      I would do it like this, so no down time before post cycle starts, longer cycles are harder to recover from, this method has worked best for me.

      Personally I feel 5000 Calories is way too much, Unless you are using thyroid hormones like cytomel with come clenbutero! What is your body level. If you ar etaking in only 300 grams of Protein that is only 1200 calories. Where are you getting the rest of the 3800 calories? Remenber excess carbs covert to fat. But you have a one hour window to load up on simple carbs to replenish Glycogen. Also include 20 grams of your creatine Mix in 50 grams of Whey Protein with your simple carbs post workout shakes. Designer Whey Protein is very good but the absolute best Whey Protein available is called ISO Pure made by natures Best. It is 100 % whey Protein Isolate. It also contians Zero Carbs. It is best to add a tablespoom of Flaxseed Oil. Which you can purchase at sny health food store in the refridgeratio section. Ask for Organic Flax Seed OIK, and also aks for the v

      Dont add flax to your post workout shake. Your using whey isolate and simple carbs. Why? Because the simple carbs spike your insulin up quickly, and the isolate is assimilated quickly, fat only slows this down, good fat or bad fat, it doesnt matter. We want the shake to be digetsed as quickly as possible.
