Hey Bros just wondering if anyone else has experenced this. First let me say that this cycle is blowing away my last cycle as far as gains and i am only in week 5. But the last few weeks every time i streach my arms my elbows pop, like when you pop your knuckles. I have also noticed severe pain in my elbows after hard chest and shoulder workouts. Is this just from adding a large amount of weight and strength in a short time? I just am wondering if anyone else has noticed this before. Just to give you guys an update, weight up 16lbs, waist down 2 full inches. Arms have added 1/2 inch. So my pumps are way up just a little nervous if i am doing too much.

I have also developed elbow pain in the last year or so. I think it is mostly due to the added stress of increased weight.

I have been able to take the following and it is much better. All my joints feel better since starting. I would suggest these supps. to anyone having joint pain.

MSM(Methyl-Sufonyl-Methane) 4000mg per day, Glucosamine 3000mg per day, and Bromelain 1500mg per day.

I get that from winny. If you throw in some deca it will great help you as it lubricates the joints.

Joint cracking can also be caused by not stretching enough or using bad form. I was getting cracking in my elbow really bad on chest workouts and ended up going to physio. They checked me out and told me that because of my bad form in my workouts and my poor flexibility I had gotten tendonitis.

i would throw in deca but already going to start using fina soon and just don't want to mix the two. I like boobs but on girls not on me. I am thinking it could be tendonitis, but my form on workouts is normally spot on i don't try and force and lift heavier weights with poor form. I'll have a doc check it out next week. I'll get some blood work done as well since i am there anyways. thanks for all the input guys.

very strange that this thread popped up today. Yesterday while doing military, nothing too heavy, actually it was my 2nd light set, I felt a sharp pain in my right elbow. It felt a little sore after each set but then I slowly forgot about it as my workout went on. In the middle of the night last night I got up to take a piss and I could barely bend my arm it hurt so much, excruciating pain. I took some advil and went back to sleep. Woke up this morning for work and same shit, can barely bend my arm. WTF???
