Make sure your relaxed when you do that. Are your arms small, big? The reasn I ask is because if you don't have enough meat, you might want to try the quad. What size pin are you using? What gauge? I wouldn't go more than an inch and 23g to 25g.

TweetI've done Bi injections with a 23g, and my arms were sore for a couple days after the injection..go with the 25g IMO

TweetMy ass has definately gotton bigger since I started using AAS! I didnt do BI injections long enough to see a permanent difference though..
