Tweetgood point Dr_Diabolical, IMO if you keep calories very clean and do some cardio, even if calories are high you will put on muscle and lower bf% while on AS. for my first cycle I dropped bf on test ethan/deca/dbol, the most tradional bulking cycle in the book.

I lift every day and end with a half a mile to a mile run. I have never done a cycle before and am still learning about anabolic steroids. I am on a high protein low carb diet and am taking phosphogerhp creatine. I was wondering what you think about a winny only cycle just because i dont need any more mass. Will that make me strong and cut or do i need to add some kind of test as well to get strength, and if so what kind and how much of it. What siede effects have you experienced with what you are recomending. IF you have any recomendations i would greatly appreciate it, every bit of input is educating me more and more.
