I've been training since I was 13. Around age 23 I experimented but really was using stupid bro science. It wasn't until I got on boards and educated myself did I see real solid gains post running natural as far as I could. Fast forward and I'm 36...I enjoy being on year round, low doses around or just about HRT levels and then blast. My blast is usually just adding something to test anymore! Nothing to write home about. I enjoy being and having good strength, looking incredible and being able to functionally move with muscle. I'm 5'10" and at 225...I move between the 220-230 range for functionality but 220 is usually what I call my "fighting weight".

It's all about maintaining, kicking ass and looking good now. I'm not looking to break strength records or win a comp at this point. I'm just being the best "me".

I caught pneumonia and was given maby 24hrs, I spent four weeks in ICU fighting for my life, at that time I was told I had HIV. Yes, you CAN get it from a chick ! I was pissed, then it sunk in that I was going to probally be alone for the rest of my life. As soon as they removed the ventilator the fight was on ! I ate double of everything and started doing prison workouts in my room. I went from 146 to 114 quick ! I would look in the mirror and could tell I was dying. my teeth started falling out and I was looking like an addict ! I was f'ing scared and didn't know what was wrong...Till I couldn't breathe and they told me I had maby a day or so. I believe the fact that I was in good shape before is what saved my ass. I asked and pleaded with Doctors to get on something more aggressive before this happens again, all of them turned me down flat. F*ck'em, so I went on my own met some really good friends and was turned on to some sources. So far I have only done Test cycles (on week 12 as of this morning actually). Today I am 163, my counts are 840+ and non detectible, that was twenty years ago. I am 50 and feel like I'm 30 now. It has a lot to do with being disciplined, highly motivated, competitive, and the insatiable drive to be my best. The gear is just what it is, a whole lotta fuel to the fire ! Thank You everyone here for all your years of support ! God Bless Us All !
