Yep, more like 3% with just ephedrine, 3-5% with a good ECA or NYC stack. Pretty decent still, for being legal!

DNP is great, and safe. You almost have to purposely kill yourself. 500mg is quite a bit different from 2g (low end of lethal dose). Simple as that. People say insulin and DNP are SO horrible because they have the potential to kill you immediately. That doesn't mean they're going to when used within even the slightest common sense.

I ran DNP and insulin together

      Clen sucks IMO
T3 is safe if diet is in check
ECA and NYC are great if your not out of shape, have heart problems, or over do the dose.
      Usnic Acid, not me partner
DNP Ive done it twice, I wont do it again. You just never knwo the long terms sides of something that puts so much oxidative stress on your organs. I agree with TX though, its danger is overrated.

Diet is number one in my opionion

You can weight train with Dorian like Intensity, do cardio like a Kenyan, but if you eat at Duncan Donuts and Pizza Hut, it doesnt matter.

Nor does your arguement, I'm quite sure there are a hell of a lot more peolple taking aspirin than DNP, you have to look at the percentages of those who have adverse reactions or die. Not that I'm necessarily agreeing or disagreeing with the dangers of DNP.

Take deaths divided by est users.

Asprin will still come out worse.

That would be more accurate, but then you need to take into consideration any pre-existing condition or allergy one may of had before taking DNP/aspirin. I'm just saying it's isn't as cut and dry as "more people die from aspirin than DNP"

And although this is a safe guess, do you know for sure it is the case?

I could estimate it Im sure, but I dont know for sure. IT was more of my opinion I guess. Not sure how many people have taken DNP and died. But I do know that I only heard of 1 case but also that it wasnt even from DNP anyways. So thats 0 to my knowledge. I know there are more than 1 persons to die from asprin...so looks like asprin already wins

      Just my thoughts really.

Lol... somone knows how to work an online dictionary.

Obviously in the BBing world, we often use the word wrong. To simplify catabolism even more for you it can be difined as "The process in which your body derives energy from it's own stores". Those stores being mainly muscle and fat.

DNP is in no way muscle sparing. Don't know where you came up with that. The only drug that I know of that promotes a catabolic state yet is also slightly muscle sparing is clen. Even then, I still lost muscle when using it along with a strict diet.

people take in chemicals that are more toxic and more dangerous without even knowing it everyday than dnp. i know that my body gets beaten up badly while on dnp but 2 months later you forget it all. i had one close call with the dnp about a year ago. i took an insane amount over a gram and i remember the pain and discomfort in the inside of my body. it was so painful i lost control of my bowels and i began throwing up uncontrollably. i told myself i'd never use it again. and sure enough i've have. but i will never take that much dnp ever again. i still remember being spread eagle on the bathroom floor crying in fear. for me 200mg a day i don't even feel much. tons of water helps with night warmth. other than that i do cardio and lift at that dose. who knows......we're all going to die one day

      Why not go all out?

Add a bunch of Ephidrine, some caffine, and a pre-existing heart problem. THEN your really laughing in death's face.
