      alright gents, the Fall is coming n its time 2 bulk up n gain sum muscle mass. my current stats r Age-38, Height-6'0, Weight-180lbs, Bodyfat-15%. i still plan on leaning out a lil more b4 i start my "Program" in Nov.this is what i got planned:

      PROGRAM
      wks 1-14 Test Cypionate 600mg/wk (Mon 1.5cc, Thurs 1.5cc)
      wks 1-12 Deca 450mg/wk (Mon 0.7cc, Thurs 0.8cc)
      wks 1-4/8-12 Dbol 40mg/d evry 5hrs (LiverCare (Liv52) 3tabs 3x/d (Wake-up, 3PM, Bedtime)
      wks 2-15 HCG 500iu/wk (250iu pinned Tues/Fri)
      wks 1-16 Adex at .5mg/eod
      PCT
      wks 17-20 Clomid 50/50/25/25/10
      wks 17-20 Nolva 40/40/20/20/10
      wks 18,20 Clen 20mcg/ed

      my diet outline is as follows:

      Diet
      Pre-W/O (710 calories)

      Cyto Monster Mass
      Flaxseed Oil

      Post-W/O (420 calories)

      Whey Isolate Protein
      Dextrose

      Breakfast (800 calories)

      4 egg whites + 2 whole eggs
      1 cup oatmeal (dry measurement)
      1 slice whole grain bread
      1 tbsp natural peanut butter
      1 orange

      Snack (700 calories)

      1 can tuna
      1 whole grain tortilla wrap
      2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
      1 banana
      1 cup low-fat milk
      12 almonds

      Lunch (800 calories)

      6 oz chicken breast
      1 ½ cups brown rice
      ½ chopped pepper
      ½ cup chopped mushrooms
      ½ cup chopped carrots
      1 tbsp olive oil

      Snack (700 calories)

      1 scoop protein powder
      1 cup low-fat milk
      1 banana
      1 tbsp peanut butter
      1 whole grain bagel

      Dinner (800 calories)

      6 oz steak
      1 cup whole grain pasta
      1 tbsp olive oil
      2 cups chopped mixed vegetables (to prepare stir-fry)
      1 cup low-fat milk
      1 cup berries

      Snack (700 calories)

      1 cup cottage cheese
      2 tbsp natural peanut butter
      ½ cup oatmeal (raw measurement)
      20 almonds

      I like it brother! My winter bulk looks close to yours... My dosage is a little higher. I'd maybe add a little more protein maybe? How many grams is that diet looking like protein wise? Besides that you look like you are on point for a nice clean bulk. Let us know how it's coming! You can't beat a cyp/deca/dbol bulk. It's still my go to!

      total kcals- 4900 Protein- 420gr (1680kcals) Carbs- 499gr (2000kcals) Fat- 130gr (1170kcals) n thanx 4 the positives. quick question, during Cyc, what supps u guys take n should i include? anyothr info u want, just let me know

      Cycle supps for bulking a good multi vite creatine and beta alanine these are included in every cycle I do in fact year round for me but your cycle does look good simple and effective

      thanx guys 4 the postive feedbacks n yes im very much into detail when it comes to putting sumthing into my body, that if not done correctly can cause unwanted results. i just dont throw in any substances n than eat whatever i want, especially foods with no nutritional value that could help me in my gains. i plan out everything, even if it means double n triple checking b4 i begin. im not gonna lie, of course im xcited 2 get going, cause i know ive planned out a well outlined "PROGRAM", but like i always say "GOOD THINGS COME 2 THOSE WHO WAIT." thanx again guy...SEMPER FI
