Tweetbuy them in bulk.
Tweet I just have to vent here because I am spending like $150 a week on Chicken, Tuna, Fruits, Veg, Steak, Skim Milk, Oatmeal, Multi-Vit's and Protein Shakes.....Getting cut is alot more expensive than getting bulked ........ FUCK IM BROKE I have to go shopping today I only have like $60 bucks out of the latter [for a cutting diet] which would you guys buy?
EVERYTHING I SAY IS ONLY AN OPINION.
Tweetbuy them in bulk.
TweetTry buying all your meats and chicken at Costco or Sams Club. I save hundreds that way. You can get like 10lbs chicken for around $8 That's definently the way to go
TweetI buy everything I eat in bulk, cheaper that way. Big cans of tuna, oatmeal in 7 pound bags, etc... I don't buy protein shakes as much as I use to. I enjoy "real" food better anyway.
TweetI find that it is a hell of a lot cheaper to eat healthy foods than it is to eat fast food and junk.
Tweetgo to Sam's Clud or a Costco if you can for bulks in chicken, pork and other stuff, that's what we do every Sunday for our shopping. We spend about $150.00 every Sunday, but well worth it, but I do know what you mean though, not cheap kid...
TweetDrenton, yeah me too man. I can buy a months worth of oatmeal for the price of one meal at any fast food place. I dont know how "normal" people pay for it.

TweetI only eat chicken, steak and eggs, I now hate tuna, so my grocery bill is about $150 a week. Lots of Diet Coke, Crystal Light, Oatmeal, Natty PB, Whole Wheat Bread, Avocado dip, FF dressing, about 10lbs of Bagged Salad a week.
Although, my local grocery store had a buy one get one free on chicken breast, so naturally, I picked up $50 worth, or actually $100 worth of chicken breast.

Tweetyeah, the usual is 30%. for all corporate and most franchise locations. i have a REALLY cool owner who gives us the supps at cost. sometimes a GNC item will be $25 and cost me $4. lol. EAS and twinlab are of course about 50% off retail. but shit, its nice to get the stuff at GNC cost. plus it gets taken out of my paycheck automatically so i never see the money, and never have to "pay" for supps. just take 'em and notate it in the book. i've worked there for 9 years since i was a kid......i can't leave that discount for nothing.Originally posted by THE JUICE

TweetNow you know why I laugh when people ask me "How can you be a bodybuilder and diet being around food all day"-never told anyone that the only way I could afford to eat big and clean:chicken, filet, sirloin, fresh tuna and canned along with the cottage cheese ,sweet potatoes ,oatmeal and brown rice is by being the guy responsible for ordering and cooking it all!!Man a 70 pound case of beef tenderloin coming in the back door is a beautiful thing!!!
livin' for the pump!
