TweetDoes everyone go in their shoulder. I use a 23g 1" sometimes I wonder if using a 1.5 would be less painful. If I go to low sometimes it hurts down into my tricep if I go to high it hurts up in my traps and gets red and sensitive were the oil settled. Any opinions welcomed.

Quads? Lots of real state there bro....I do 3 different spots on each quad. Only get sick whenever I go over 500 test intake....generally flue.

Tweetit really depends on what sizes i have...usually either 5/8" or 1" i use for delts and even glutes...only two places i pin anymore
