      Don't do it Monday Thursday or some shit like that. Do it every 4thday. So Monday then Friday then Tuesday and so on. Your pretty young bro. I would wait on AAS until you reach your natural potential. You need foodadrol and lots of it. Your choice though bud.

      Oh i know man! I have no intention of using any AAS right now, this was an education-only question, I appreciate it through bro.
