I don't push legs real hard. They gain size and tone easily. I'm definitely genetically gifted in the leg department. As far as quads go. F'n calves don't budge fer nothin. 15.5" then 15.5" now. Biggest I got them was 16" on my bulk this last season. Werkin on em though.
TweetRunnin about 208 right now
Haven't been to the gym in over a week and diet is in the tank. Gotta tighten this shit up

This was right before the morning show. Evening show is in an hour. I felt too flat this morning. I've been pushing the carbs and "I think" I've filled out since. 9 guys in my class and their all jacked! Pretty sure I'm gonna end up last in this. Between Steph breaking up with and all the traveling I did to take care of her, I know I could be a lot better right now. But I made my choices and I gotta live em. Still happy to make it to my first show though. I'll do better next time.
Tweetgood luck man and every single one is a learning experience. you stuck it out and stuck to it so regardless of where you place you still did what very people are capable of doing. now put the tools you gained from this one in the tool box and go back at it 100% after a little break

I didn't place but I learned a lot. That just makes me more dangerous for the next one, haha
TweetWhere do I go from here? Short break then bulk? There is a show late September I'd like to do.

Let's have it!
I need to work on my cut. I should have been more deciplined on cardio. I started depleting water too late. My carb load started too late and I should have loaded more carbs. I ate pizza that night, next morning I looked jacked. That's how I figure I missed my carb load so bad. I think my chest needs more depth. I think it has nice width but I need more pec work.. A lot more. I'd like a larger upper back. I figure my shoulder problems have restrained that. I know I need to smile more. I've never been one to teeth when I smile and I feel like a fucking cheese-ball when I do but I know I need to work on it. I think if I can get my cut down better everything else is looking good.
I like "constructive" criticism.
Tweetif i were you i would take a few weeks off to clear and clean out. then i would jump on say maybe a mid level test and eq run and keep you calories moderate maybe 400-450g protein 250-300g carbs and maybe 50-100g or good healthy fats. stay away from tren for your offseason so you can benefit from using that along with some masteron and other goodies for your prep. you should focus on bringing up your claves, back width, arms and chest. dont need to add a ton of size on but you need to really focus on making them pop. same thing with the abs. you need to have deeper clearer cuts to make you stand out. now for the dreaded statement: you have to go at the diet and cardio 100% consistant for the duration of your prep. this is by far the most important part for making you successful when you jump back up on stage. unfortunately i am a bodybuilder and have only a small amount of experience coaching physique guys but from what i have seen and learned for both divisions is this: your shoulders and back can make or break you with your waist. the wider and broader the back and shoulders are the smaller more appealing the waist and abs look. so those are the key areas to address to give you that pop/wow factor.
