TweetBench 2x a week. All I do is flat bench (just my preference), start light (bar) and progress to singles. I know that this is a PL thing but I measure out at approx. 57".
Basically what I am saying is to Keep it simple, load the bar and push yourself through your singles. You will develop thick/dense muscle tissue.
TweetOn your chest question switch most of your bench to incline...I do very little flat and bam my chest grew fast! Don't just do same old thing try something new!

TweetThe gear, less test more tren. 4-600 or leave it out. Your chest mix it up. More shoulders and upper pec. Incline, dips, overhead press mix up some decline, dumbells, barbell, cable flyes. Alternating heavy days rep days.

Tweetsounds like you are making some cycle changes but the original doses seam pretty high. Including the proviron that is over 2250mg of gear per week! What's your body weight? Could maybe do: 750 test, 350 tren, 350 var per week. That should get you HUGE
Tweetcurrently off cycle im 5'9 168. I havent been able to squate or do deadlift and im coming back from a year off due to 89 test level. Im gonna lower the test and slightly raise the tren. Iv ran more in past but have NVR ran tren so im fine with loweing the dosage. My diet is in check finally and i cant wait to run my cycle! But its still gonna be 10wks before i can start due to sugery. Then i can squate and do deadlifts!!!! Iv been through alot of crap it seems like and hoping this surgery is the last of it so i can start putting on the pounds again!
