Kinda off subject but if anybody has advice on chest workouts let me know cuz mine is lacking obviously LOL. I do 4-5 sets bench i start heavy then go light, basically burn out on reps. I nvr have a spot so its hard to get a good negative rep. Then ill do 3-4 sts of flat bench flys same as bench heavy to light burn outs, and i just started doing 2-3 sets of standing flys. Ill usually burn out on push ups after workout as well. I workout three x a week. Any advice on trainning would be appreciated because i am a routine person and its VERY hard for me to switch stuff up and i know its very important to confuse the muscles in which i do not do.
