TweetYup agreed. I'm just really bummed out. I've never had my BP get high before . I also drink a gallon (at least) of h20 everyday.
I appreciate everyone's responses. Thanks guys and gals!

TweetPlease don't mess around with blood pressure. This is the quickest way to kidney failure. Keeping the kidneys healthy is so simple. Drink lots of water and keep BP down. However people screw this up or over look it all the time.

TweetAlso. I'm going to MY Dr. This time. Not just some random for blood work. Should I be 100% honest about my aas use?

TweetRemember that you can also drink to much water and therefore flush the body of important electrolytes. A gallon is most likely fine but you also need adequate potassium, sodium, and other electrolytes to keep the body in balance. Many things can cause high bp. Certain meds can even cause it.

Tweet^^^^^wow baby thats a very good point , i never thought of that. i have to keep that in mind along with everyone else should do it especially if your cramping then i guess it would be potassium but electrolytes to. excellent point.

TweetFoods too. Sea food and shell fish especially can raise cholesterol.
TweetDr apt Wednesday
Tweetstill high bro? What gear are you on now?
Tweet1gram test wk
600 mg deca wk
Last pin was the 30th start pct near end of december
Yeah still high.
Tweethmmm give the cayenne pepper a shot bro, I've heard you can put it in capsules and it works really well
Here's a fun bit of trivia, red yeast rice, formerly used to lower blood pressure, was found to contain "lovastatin" which is a patented statin drug. Heart attack patients recieving red yeast extract had almost 50% lower case of second heart attacks. Unfortunately since the chemical in it is I believe identical to Lovastatin, all red yeast rice products were taken off the market, unless the manufacturer removed the lovastatin. Apparenty there are some available that still contain it, but its almost impossible to find out for sure which ones. Thanks to the FDA a perfectly natural plant ingredient that could be tremendously helpful to people has been made illegal (sound familiar ) They actually had the audacity to say they have a patent on a natural ingredient lmao... and people just let it happen. Anyway here's an article on it Red Yeast Rice and Generic Statins
Cayenne, water, low sodium, hawthorn bro are only real suggestions I can give you. If you think its the right time then see a doc and see if they'll put you on meds. High BP is no joke, hope you get it taken care of bro
TweetI had the same prob I'm the same age but 270 at 6.1 red in the face from the gear bringing my hp high you can feel it in the eye when it's high . I'm in my 6 th week of a 12 week cycle of rest e just bought some sustanon 250 pharma grade to pin . The only thing that brought it down was skipping a week and starting back up again Im also on the aromasin 25 mg a day was also dehydrated but after really concentrating on getting water in me I'm fine pressure is back down. Finishing out my cycle with the sus and some whinny during the off time 3 weeks before the first clomid . But seriously get off for one week 10 days and it'll go down. Dont risk your kidneys or heart. Also eating alot cleaner. See my thread on here.

I appreciate the advice. It's been a week todate since my last shot which means i skipped one. Ive been monitoring my bp with a machine that i bought at walmart had an option to buy a larger upper arm cuff, which was not that much more expensive. it's already started to drop down so we shall see what happens. Might just start pct here when the times right and do some time off for a while.

TweetJust to note I started back up after a week off the gear and bp is normal now .
Tweeti know this is going to be a redundant question but is the home unit you are using giving the same reading you get from the doctor's office? i know that for 99% of people especially people like us they are way way off what it really is. also if you dont have insurance or dont have the need for a regular doc visit you can go to the fire station or even a red cross blood donation area and have it checked for free
Tweetnot exactly the same guns, but pretty damn close... and I did end up going to the dr. just to get it checked. the first thing she asked is if i was taking steroids. Insurance covers all that stuff for me. and today it was 125/77
