TweetI move it around from outer area about 5 inches above knee to 9 inches above knee also like lats butt shoulders. Lats and shoulders really can give you some bad soreness for a day so I do those day before cardio never when i am training that area.

Tweeti've just started incorporating thighs. i've been using the spotinjections guidelines so basically 6 or so inches above the knee and to the outside. sometimes it is painful for a few days so now after reading some of these responses i'm gonna move up a little more and look for a sweet spot

Tweetbest way for me to describe the good sweet spot is to come down about middle finger distance from the point of your hip. move toward the outside of your leg about an inch and a half. that's the spot. almost where your hand would be in your pocket around the point of your middle finger or ring finger
