TweetYou have to stretch the facia of the muscle. 3ml of oil 1 time a week just isn't going to do this imho. There is a reason people are shoving 3ml per head for 2-3 weeks straight. Yes it sweels up thats the point is to cause damage in there. From everything i have read and know there is no taking it slow with synthol. You either do it or you don't. Taking it slow will result in no gains and lots of pokes. You have to remember you aren't trying to fill the muscle with oil for it to stay in there. You are wanting to expand the muscle and stretch the facia so when the oil leaves the muscle has room to grow.

Tweetwell man i am not knocking any of the approaches but i added a lot to what i used it on with no issues whatsoever with blurring. 1x per week 3ml of oil before training them was plenty enough for me and i would say that after training them with the combo of oil and blood they were stretched enough to have an effect.

no need for really massaging man. it doesnt hurt or knot or anything like that. say you want to bring up your outer triceps. you hit the top part of the outer tricep with a 1inch pin and push the desired amount in about 60 minutes prior to training. make for sure that you apirate cause shooting into a vein will most def kill you. delt same thing hit the desired head with a 1 to 1 and 1/2in pin same method and you are golden. this applies to each head that you desire to bring up
