what does this mean

The medial meniscus demonstrates attenuation of the body and
posterior horn suggesting chronic free edge tear or prior
surgical debridement. The medial collateral ligament is intact. Articular cartilages of medial compartment demonstrate near
complete cartilaginous loss at its weightbearing surface.
The anterior horn of the lateral meniscus appears intact. The
posterior horn of the lateral meniscus demonstrates a small
horizontal tear measuring 1.0 cm and extending to the inferior
surface. The entire posterior horn of the lateral meniscus
demonstrates abnormal shape and signal consistent with myxoid
degeneration. Mild extrusion of the body of the lateral meniscus
is noted. The lateral collateral ligament, and popliteus tendon
are intact. Articular cartilages of the lateral compartment
demonstrate a full-thickness cartilaginous defect at the
posterior aspect of the lateral tibial plateau measuring 2.8 x
2.3 cm with associated subchondral stress marrow changes.
Complete cartilaginous loss at the posterior aspect of the
weightbearing portion of the lateral femoral condyle measuring
3.2 x 2.5 cm.
