TweetThis is great info! Thanks for sharing. Those hot peppers make you sweat and burn up some calories
TweetSo in a nutshell, this article finds that eating spicy chili peppers 4 or more times a week reduces all cause mortality by 23%, chances of a heart attack are reduced by 40% and cerebrovascular mortality (stroke) was more than halved.
You say Jipped, this was this a study of 6 nematode worms? Nope, 22,811 people. So fairly good data.
Anyway, it makes a case for eating more chilis which I love.
Consumption of chili pepper cuts down the risk of death from a heart or cerebral attack

TweetLooks like I need to start adding some more chili peppers in my diet. Bring on the spicy.
TweetI love jalapenos, serranos and just about any pepper. You can have your ghost peppers and reapers. They are way too hot. I can do habaneros but not many.
My fav way of consuming chilies:
Slice pepper long ways instead of having round slices you get long pieces. Saute them in butter or olive oil with chopped garlic and onion, salt and lime juice.
I make big batches and keep in the fridge. I put this on a lot of what I eat. My fam has tried it and love it too. Now I have to make bigger batches or use serrano peppers which are too hot for them.
Tweeti am a huge fan myself but my guts are not. i try to get them in while dieting to help crush my appetite but the side effect of flame thrower ass is def hindering for consuming them daily

TweetBecause chilis are low cal I eat them with almost every meal. As for how much you need to consume I have no idea. I am sure i get enough. Things like sriracha and other hot sauces have a lot of good stuff in them.
Tweetdamn good for your heart and circulation for damn sure. not so much for your butt hole though. at least for me and i love the stuff.
