Yesterdays day was packed but I made time to get in and do some cardio, abs, and massage. What I am really happy about is my body is doing pretty well and not flaring up. I am focusing on slow progress, and mind to muscle on every rep. Visualizing heavier weight than I am liftin. Does it work? Well it seems to be for me. Anyway, just feeling a whole lot better these past 4 months than I have in years and I am coming up on 51! Good numbers goin on. Now off to the day
