TweetLow back pain probably derails people as much as anything on earth.
Im grateful that I dont have it much. But this week has been a little painful. Its overuse. I raked about an acre of grass with a hand rake and then dug about 20 big holes with a shovel. Now I am paying for it with back cramps all on my right lumbar.
I have to keep going and working so taking time off is out of the question. I am trying to recover and heal while I continue to dig holes, carry heavy stuff a long ways, and work out
I might go try that cryotherapy tank again today. Maybe some inversion.
I hate that I dont have my own cold laser machine. Maybe someday. Other than that, I think we gotta heal on our own unless we are severely injured. But if you can get the right stretch on the right muscle(s), thats probably as effective as anything else you can do...for me anyway. I am stretching the hell out of my back and it sure helps.
Its more annoying than anything. Crap. Oh well.

Tweeteveryone is all about heat which does increase blood flow. having been blown up and wrecking my back pretty bad all the docs and specialists that i have seen all said no heat except after it is fully healed. they all said ice was the way to go and if it has to be sued use a heating cream with a waist trainer wrap on it to keep it hot. then ice it again after working it. that is the advice that i got from the docs but i have used and tried damn near everything for mine and the tools i wrote about in my first post have been the best. busting up the scar tissue and other crap in the muscle has helped light years above everything else
