Re: What kind of "diet" do u follow?
i actually was able to improve my lipid profile when i increased my fat intake and added cardio in. i also eliminated all sugars from my diet for 2 months before my next test. now other factors come into play with me because of some of the supps i use at different times of the year. so my profile is spot on most of the year and trash at other times. i am able to keep it in a reasonable trash with some things though.
as for currently i am eating like a mad man. low end protein medium carbs and medium fat. i have the ratio broken down but dont remember it off the top of my head right now
