I love HIIT. I use the battle ropes when i do it. I am going to start using super sets next week as i want to start leaning out. Got a tad chubby. What type of super sets do you guys/gals use? I normally do a bicep with a tricep when i do arms but all other body parts i just pick 2 and go back and fourth. like legs ill do single leg press with sissy squats, DB single leg squat and machine squats. I want some ideas for back, chest and delts.
