TweetI am a reader and have read a couple good ones. Anyone read one that they really took something from? I have one that I go back to so much that the book looks weathered, lol

TweetI don't know if they're technically considered self help books, but I've read several by Dale Carnegie. I always take away a lot from his books.
TweetI finally got it after seeing it recommended over and over by so many people . I might try reading it in this squashed version instead lol

TweetMost definitely dale carnegie. He was one of the early self help gurus. How to win friends and influence people!!! I found that book when I was 14 years old and read thru it with a fine tooth comb. One time I told my friends at school about the book, they all laughed. So from then on, that book was my secret weapon. Changed my life at 14 years old. I bet my old friends who laughed wish they had read that book now. lol
TweetHaha yep! That book changed my life too. Everyone I've talked to who has read it says the same thing.
TweetThis one changed my life!!! Book gives excellent insight about so much. A great read and referance. Also talks about how hypnotherapy can be helpful in people who experience trauma
