Trained hard for about 13yrs. It's been a few yrs since any training at all.
I am prescribed 200mgs of Cyp weekly for hrt.

Tweetfirst thing i would do is tighten my diet and training down for a few good months, then rethink the supplements. diet and training needs to be consistent before worrying about ramping up dosing etc.....

Your already on more than the avg guy most likely so your test levels are fine for now, hit the gym let that muscle memory help ya out the first couple months then start with the goods. You'll get more out of it if you do some good training/ nutrition before upping the goods. I know mentally it's hard getting back in it but you've been there and you'll get it back in no time just stick it out the first few wks then it will become a old habit again!

TweetStart with the diet, get it dialed in while hitting the gym. After a few months of a dialed in diet and proper gym time then you can double your TRT dose. When you do, make sure you increase your (or start using) your anti estrogen drugs to combat the increased E2 production from the extra Test. Get bloods about two months in so you can see if you are controlling your estrogen properly.
Tweetyeah brother. absolutely going hard with my test levels. I have a new doc. I just got back on hrt a few months ago. the doc wants to raise my dose again but before that, another lab test later this week. I'm ready to reach the levels my doc has in mind. He's a really good doc, and I can tell likes me. He said that we are shooting for the higher end of normal. I'm thinking once done with lab tests. I'd like to get around 800mg maybe gram a week. But I'll definitely work my way up after several weeks. Even not being a 'pyramid' kind of guy. It's been a while.
TweetAgreed. tighten up that diet and training, then blast up to 400-500mg/wk and you'll be golden in about 6-8 weeks. Keep at it boss!
