TweetPeople do in the gym when they train and since I do train people on the side I sometimes will help the individual 99% of the time and they take the help but I have had some mind your own business people. You have to mix up your lifts do different exercises all the time. I love helping women especially to reach there goal

Tweettraining nutrition and supplementation are one of my passions. i love helping people out as much as i can. we got a couple new pieces of equipment in our gym and at least 4 or 5 times a day i am in there i will have strangers come over and ask me to show them how it works. not the gyms staff or trainers but me. that's how much i enjoy it

TweetVery nice of you girl I don't give advice anymore I'm a bigger guy and the gym I go too has the silver shoe program (senior citizens) cool program but last time I tried to show a older woman the right way to use the shoulder press machine she called me a dumb meat head lol sweet old lady
TweetSweet old lady, lol
TweetIt has always been my experience that people take the advice as criticism and get annoyed. Every now and then I will see some
Newbies trying to figure something out and I will
Help but that's usually it. When you get the knuckleheads doing shit horribly wrong just to try and move weight I usually either go in the opposite direction or sometimes I'll
Go right next to them and perform the exercise with much better form.
TweetNow that is a smart idea I never thought of just doing the same exercise and hope they see how to do it I like that idea a lot bro that's how I learned watching the big guys lift when I was a young man nice idea thanks
