TweetThe least active dosage of boron is about 3mg. Most studies I read say you would need to take around 10mg daily for any significant effect on testosterone levels. Some data shows it could decrease SHBG levels which would increase your free testosterone, but even that is at dosages of at least 10mg daily so I wouldn't think 3mg would have much of an impact. If you eat a good amount of fruits, veggies and nuts each day you're already consuming around 3mg of boron daily.
