TweetWhat do you guys suggest, if anything, for cramping while on clen? Running 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off and while on I get the usual slight jitters but during day and at night sleeping, cramping is literally a pain. Like today I had to stop the work to failure set of leg extensions at 10 reps as my feet were cramping up bad. Last night (this is third day of second two week on part) my calves cramped up so bad it woke me up and I had to flex and stretch them to get back to sleep. Any supps to help with the cramping? Thanks for the help peeps

Tweetwhat mountain said and also make sure your taking in a pretty good amount of sodium also. it could be causing you to sweat out a lot of your sodium. i would also suggest 2 2 1/2 gal of water a day minimum

TweetIll give those a try. Ty gentlemen. I drink a lot of water but even just doing legs yesterday I was drenched in sweat, more so than cardio so the sodium loss makes sense tho I never made the connection. Ty again guys

Tweeti supplemented with taurine, potassium, and one other supplement (slips my mind) which helped reduce the cramping in most places except the abdominals. quads were a big issue for me and those cramps would just hit me in the middle of a set...terribile.
TweetIll be honest, while taking taurine/potassium ive never had one cramp and its been two weeks now. I drink 2.5 gallons a day naturally too.
