once you get it cleared out for about a month, start with completely fat free in small amounts and test it out. i dont tolerate diary at all and it wrecks my guts for at least half a day to a day but i can do some fat free diary. i am in the same boat as you with the ice cream, i know what it is going to do to me but i do it anyway haha. same for spicy foods
