Tweetyou should be able to get the v root and melatonin from walmart for dirt cheap man. i think the last bottle of each i picked up were like 4-5 bucks each. the gaba should be under 10 bucks for 100g of powder

TweetI run my tren high and my test low. Like 800mg to a gram of tren and 250mg of test also following en e 3d protocol. Last run I did a blend and the test was equal to the tren and the sleep sucked as soon as I ran tren again with low test, the sides all but went away. Everyone is different but that's what works for me.

Tweeti will be surprised if you dont sleep. i am quite a bit heavier than a normal person so i take a cap or two over the suggested serving and i am sensitive to sleep stuff and pain meds. so 1 or 2 over is more than enough

TweetWell I had my first taste of V Root, Melatonin, & Gaba Root and it did put me to sleep, but around 3 a.m. here I go again waking up and eating because I couldnt go back to bed !!! Maybe my body has to get used to it, idk but I will continue with the protocol !!!

Do your inject early in the am and convince your self that its just the tren and it doesnt control you you control it. Then take some otc sleep aids and or herbal stuff like uns said.If you can convince yourself that you can sleep and you get tied enough you will sleep.

Tweetget some of the sleep inducing peps like cjc and take it before bed. it will help some and you will get that little extra bit of gains too

TweetI did not know this !!!! I do have peps and take them post workout which is at nite . I always like to hit up the gym around 9 PM . Afterwards I pin the peptides .
I'm gonna give the V Root/GABA Root/Melatonin more time. It does help put me to sleep. It's just staying asleep which is the dilemma .
And u guys are right, Mind Over Matter, if I believe I can sleep it'll happen !!!

TweetIt seemed to me peptides didnt put me to sleep but i went into a deeper sleep when did get to sleep.
If you cant tell im haveing trouble sleeping too lol. but its not ger related just me.

Tweetslowly increase the dose of your supps that i suggested until you sleep all night man. i think i may have your problem figured out though. if i were a betting man, i would put the sole blame on you training late in the evening and getting amped up. i can almost guarantee you that is why you arent able to relax and go to sleep and the tren isnt the culprit haha.

TweetU may be right Guns . I really don't remember havin this much of a prob Fallin and stayin asleep in the past . And I used to go to the gym alittle earlier than what I do now . But I am gonna increase the doses of the compounds I take , see if that doesn't help out !!!

TweetI agree with Guns. Training with weights in the evening ramps me up as well. Slow and steady cardio helps me sleep better.
Also in regards to tren. Doesn't tren affect cortisol levels? I know our bodies are suppose to have high cortisol in the AM which wakes us up and low cortisol in the PM which helps us go to sleep.
I have this issue without being on any gear. I take year round some adrenal supplements. I take them in the morning and get this burst of energy after taking them. At night I usually am sleepy and ready to go to bed.
Again not sure what is causing your issues, just wanted to throw my 2 cents in.
Also you may want to add some magnesium to your prebed supps. I take magnesium religiously and get tired quickly afterwards. Get it in chelated form. I like magnesium glycinate.
