Tweettry adding is some good sugar free alternatives man. protein waffles, protein muffins protein pancakes sugar free jello, sugar free puddings etc...... just be easy and watch the cals but their are tons of alternatives out there that wont break the bank on cals

TweetI used To cook for the week but now my girlfriend is on a diet to so cooking for a few days is all I can fit in my fridge. The bakery isle is definetly a weakness. I'm trying to keep my fat and sugar as low as possible so that's where a lot of the cravings come from, not vein satisfied.

Tweetwhen i diet and go to the store for more food i always cruise through the bakery to sniff around a bit. i have been in the game so long it doesnt even bother me anymore. when i first started out though my wife used to have to hide the kid's treats or i would house them without hesitating lol. that's the time frame that i learned you cant eat that stuff and do extra cardio to compensate. trust me it doesnt work and you end up looking like crap

Do you know how many fat calories/grams you are taking in? Make sure to include a good fat source in your meals as it will help you stay full longer, especially when you pair it up with a lean protein source. I do not know how long you have been eating clean but I notice that when I really start to eat clean, the carb cravings are a killer but it WILL subside eventually. I agree that it can be boring but like you said, if you can get creative it does help.
