It was nice to move a decent amount of weight after 2 months with this shoulder injury. Kept it moderate and ego free....lets hope the progress continues.
Nice increase on your DB Bench when you step up just make sure a spotter helps you load. Every Guy in your Gym I am sure would love to help you.
