TweetIf you were referring to me then thank you.
TweetYes sir... That's what I want. Thank you again for the help and motivation.
TweetIf you were referring to me then thank you.
TweetMan that's what I wanna do. Hopefully I get this new job so I can get the time. You good sized guy man get those abs showing lil better and youll be well on your way! Good luck on your goals bro!!!
TweetThanks man. You're looking like you got a good start. Hope it all works out for you too
TweetBack to the top for any other feedback.
TweetJust met a couple of people at my gym that are going to complete in a competition in my area in three months.
Would love to be ready by then but that would require some serious hustle and help. I will at least attend and make some connections and see what it's about.
I'm banging them abs to get them ready at least.
TweetLooking solid man. Good luck with your endeavor.
Also you may want to throw in some vacuums into your ab routine. These work transverse abs and can get your waistline even tighter.
TweetThank you and I looked up vacuum ab exercise. Found dinner good information and a video. Thanks.
Tweeti say since you are pretty close to striking distance for the show, go for it. you can go ahead and start dieting and prepping and if you arent 100% you will have an idea of how you stand and keep trekking for the next one up. dont fall into the i'm not big enough or i am not ready mindset that everyone seems to. set a date get on it and learn from the experience

TweetHey brother you must know me well. I'm already getting things going so I can enter. I'd rather the experience while I'm motivated than to wait for the next show.
I think I made a good connection this morning. She is a trainer at my gym. She is going to be in the contest with her male friend. They are both around my age. She was very encouraging and said she would love to assist in any way. So we will see.
TweetGuess who's going for it!!! I have a buddy from Canada that competes in this class professionally preparing my diet and training regiment. He will be my absentee coach. I will be starting a journal for all to follow and hope it will benefit me and you guys both. I appreciate your support.
TweetSo I got my diet plan and can anyone guess what's on the menu..... You got it. Chicken breast!!! Woooooouuuggghhhh!!!!!
Oh well it is just fuel now. I appreciate all the advice so far. GotClen do you have any additional advice based on my show date and pic?
TweetOK, so you are approx 12 weeks out. You are lean enough starting that I think you should have not problem being stage ready in that time frame. Get on that new meal plan. Follow your trainers instruction. Take weekly pics to just have for you and us to see the change,. Before and after pics are great for years to come.
You have made the commitment that's a big start. Believe in your trainer and practice your presentation.
TweetYou got it brother! I am going to start a new log within the next couple of days.
Thanks again.
TweetGood luck to you brother. I competed in Physique for the first time last spring, and it is definitely about the "look" without a doubt. A very tiny waist, great abs, nice smile, and a confident model look is what wins the shows no doubt. They will actually mark you down for being too wide or big in areas. They don't want bodybuilders by any means. Judges marked me down, and told me my back was too thick and arms were too big. You have the look for physique. You just need to get into condition. Best of luck to you
