TweetDamn right it was. Not every "victim" should be captured alive. That's what's wrong with the justice system to begin with

TweetNo not in my opinion. Funny how they never showed his photos of him acting like the thug he was. They portrayed him as a lil boy
TweetYes
TweetZimmerman strikes me as a wussie . I don't think the media was fair to him at all up to and during the trial. what really happened is between him and god but I didn't see the jury able to convict because of "reasonable doubt". now I hope nobody wants to go out and stir crap over this . gratuative violence never ends well for any one. my heart goes out to martins mother and father as they too are victims in this
TweetOk whoops just saw where he was found not guilty. Im glad he was found not guilty. Now let the race riots begin unfortunately
TweetAint that the ****ing truth..Ever since Obama it seems like this country is more about Blacks Against Whites than it ever was before. Sad but true. Race should not enter into the conversation. Just pray for innocoent people that nobody is killed over the color of their skin. I dont kow a damn thing about zimmerman because I refused to watch it and let the media try and control my brain. I hate these trials. No0thing but negative energy...that crap will make you annoyed..maybe thats why I dont watch it because I get so ****ing annoyed..All I heaRd was that this trial was a serious racial trial. Rodney King all over again. I wouldnt be going out to any bars tonight lol Well I guess its good Zimmerman won. If he got his ass kicked by this kid and then shot him, well, I dunno
Tweetyes and it pisses me off how they continue to call the teenager a little boy. not enough evidence regardless no grand jury and this is the result. political pressure is what happened and the dude isnt even white. that's what makes it even more messed up

TweetIf I was on the jury, the question at hand was....did Zimmerman shoot in self defense? In reality, the only one who knows that is Zimmerman himself. I would have chosen a "not guilty" verdict. It is painful to lose a child no matter who you are and evry parent is looking for justice/answers when this happens. The thing that gets me is there are stories and shootings daily here and they NEVER become a big story like this one did. For the president to even get involved makes this whole thing even more crazy. Look, the city where Obama is from has ongoing shootings/killings faily...ever hear about those? Does he speak of them...no.. The lil kids playing at the parks, or sitting on their front porches who get shot by accident from gangbangers...what about them?
Just some facts to back up my point:
https://crime.chicagotribune.com/chicago/homicides
and this is only in 1 city, there are many other cities in our country with this and even more, but you do not hear of them

TweetI think he should have gotten a manslaughter conviction. Now the door is open to vigilante. All you got to do is pursue someone make sure they hit you in the face then you can shoot them
I have many guns myself some for self defense but a situation like that where he went after his target and pressed the situation. NO
TweetWas "Justice" served? Yes... everyone got their day in court. That's the justice part. As for the acquittal, I also believe that was the right choice. Certainly based on the law. Florida has a 'Stand Your Ground' law and you are allowed to shoot someone in self defense. Again, by the law he should be acquitted. The fact that it's being called Racially Motivated by some people is a shame. Yes, there is still a lot of racism in this country and truthfully I find it pathetic, disgusting, appalling, narrow minded, shallow and any other adjective you can think of. BUT crying race every time there's a racial difference between the two people actually diminishes the argument over time. I don't hear anyone calling it racist when a black person kills a non-black person. There was absolutely no proof that this was a racially motivated case. Never has been.
Tweetand on top of your point baby1 chicago dc and cali have some of the toughest gun laws in the entire country yet you dont hear about it at all and where is the outrage from the media? where are the civil rights leaders at? where is the outcry from the minorities? those are my questions.

TweetI agree, if it would have been a Black, Negro, African American person that shot him it would have been like yesterdays news. Sad situation.

Tweeti thought it was a waste of time for it to go to trial anyway.. but the media and politic pressure made it go to trail.. a sad thing happened that day a young man lost his life and another man's life will be changed forever..
as far a manslaughter I don't really know how that law reads in FL. this world will only get worse before it gets better.. now I wonder if a black man hits a white bc of this outcome will that black man be charged with a hate crime? I would bet my paycheck no he wont.. now I see the naacp is wanting to charge Zimmerman with a civil case..i blame a lot of this on the media they mad this a black and white case..
from what I've see on this trail I think they the jury made the right choice.. why was martin in Orlando when he lives in Miami? bc he got kicked out of school he was a trouble maker blame and simple.. you live the thug live it ends in one or two places grave yard or prison.. all for street credit over a street you don't even own...
