TweetSeems more like a circulation problem, intermittent claudication which is pain in lower extremities during exercise, a blood flow disorder ...or possibly PAD? Get it checked out man

PAIN DON'T HURT
Tweet^jeez man! Lol harsh!
Could be what Zoot said but I get this a lot too, circulation is the primary issue, take some aspirin, check you h2o, sodium intake to high? Or double up on cranberry for a bit.
Mine comes and goes. Those little things seems to solve it.
TweetLOL..I go right for the worst case scenario, that way anything else is a breeze to handle..haha
PAIN DON'T HURT
TweetThis is many of the symptoms he feels. HIgh hemocrit and RBC might also be a cintributing factor as I presume that if blood is thickened, circulation will be affected?
Veritas Vos Liberabit
TweetIndeed...High hemotocrit could be dehydration or low blood oxygen levels. Definitely sounds like a circulatory issue and not lactic build up. No sense foolin around with self diagnosis...drag his butt to the doc...lol
