TweetYOUR IPOD ISNT CHEMICALLY HELPING TO ENHANCE YOUR PERFORMANCE BY MAKING MUSCLES GROW...BUT I SEE WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. THANKS FOR THE INPUT!
TweetWell food is the most anabolic substance on the earth. And our muscles are 75% water. So if we eat and drink under a strict diet you are already doing better then the guy eating McDonald's and taking whatever the fat girl behind the counter at GNC tells them to take. It is really a state of mind. If you feel like taking supplements is helping and you claim you are natural. Go for it if that makes you push harder to meet your goals. If I listen to skrillex and get all pumped before I squat. Then I am so in the zone because I was listening to my Ipod Does my Ipod make me not natural. No it doesn't. If your friend wants to say he is natural then he is natural. I wouldn't let it bother you. Keep on keeping on brother.
Squats make the world go round.

TweetI have a friend who has competed intons of natural bb shows. Hes totally natural and he assumed everyone in the show was natural. I felt bad for him when he realized he has been competing against juicers the whole time.

Doesn't work that way, you can't combine different legal ingredients and suddenly the right combination turns into a hormone in your stomach. If its an anabolic hormone it isn't "natural" by bodybuilding terms. Sure all those supplements may be synthetic but until you step onto hormonal territory you are still natty IMO. Stimulants/beta agonists/dnt are grey areas but for the most part it comes down to anabolic/androgenic hormones be they "real" steroids or "PH" (usually just steroids not banned YET), gh, igf, peptides, insulin etc. are all hormones. Thats where the real line is drawn IMO, protein and creatine take you so far but they are nowhere near AAS. You can't cross your natty limits no matter how much muscletech you inhale, until you add the hormones all of that is naturall attainable.
I say dnp/clen/ephedrine are grey area, not exactly hormones but they also don't really add muscle. May get you in contest shape faster but nowhere near the gamechanger that AAS/GH/Slin etc. are, still "natty" to me. If we just class everything that didn't grow that way as "not natural" then none of us are. My point is hormones are where the line is drawn IMO, and no you can't combine different supplements off the shelf and suddenly make a new hormone in your belly lol, doesn't work that way.
Tweetall natty to me means they take maybe vitamins and fish oil the most not supps at all not even some of these crazy proteins they have. i know a guy who has run like 5 PH cycles and because they are legal and sell them OTC he claims hes all natty. i hate natty guys there all idiots
TweetNatty to me is some vitamin, whey protein, aminos, maybe a little creatine but when you start getting into PH's that is no longer natty, not even close. I definitely agree that testosterone is much safer.
TweetTo me- if you're taking something that isn't 'natural" meaning it is something processed and sold, then it's not natural. Other than whole foods, to me it's no longer natural. Now that's an extrmeme view, but really how "natural" is creatine or AKG?
And it's been said in this thread- a cycle of test imo is healthier than most supps any ways
TweetInteresting opinions. My take is if you pee in the cup and the metabolites from the kaleidoscope of PHs cause a positive for a steroid test you ain't natural. I knew a few guys who competed in natural shows while not natural because they felt their shitty genetics wouldn't let them be competitive in non tested shows. Bush in my opinion. I much prefer aas then how I felt on andro.
