      Man, that doesn't even seem like it was worth anything to me. I think he should have dropped to 405 and got some reps. Seems like a lot of 'possible' probs could come from the way he just drops down on that back knee. That first one looked like his knee is what stopped the momentum, that's just asking for trouble in my opinion.

      Never the less, that's still a lot of weight but I don't see the point considereing he only got one rep per leg, or was it two reps on one leg and one rep on the other before he got stuck, anyways it looks like more bad could come from that than good.

      It was prolly an ego thing. He's a bodybuilder not a powerlifter so you're right, he didn't really get much outa that except some wear and tear on those knees.

      I have seen that before.....he does use 405 earlier in his workout....ego will get you hurt.
