TweetI do not do 100 a day but if I watch TV I do 2-4 sets of 50 air squats, crunches, pushups ect just so i do not sit still. It makes a diff for sure. I cannot go heavy on squats any more as the axial load wrecks my injured SI joint. this is not the same but it helps
