TweetI've seen this dude, I think he just took one of those pre workouts with meth in it. Arnold took 200mg of dbol almost year around along with the rest of his shit. All you got to do is look at Ronnie Coleman's gut to tell you how much gh/slin he was on.
Tweeti beg to differ
i mean obviously some ppl dont have to take much but Craig Titus said what he was taking before he was arrested and how much others were taking. I believe that maybe when they are already huge they dont have to take much to maintain but when they are coming up to turn pro they all took and take a lot. IMO
JUST TO BIG TO LISTEN TO YOU!!!!
TweetThat's a logical way of putting it where it makes sense
TweetIt is extremely difficult to get a straight answer from a competitor about this. I am not sure that any are completely open and honest about it, nor should they be, given that the activity is illegal.
TweetI think he makes some valid points. doesn't need to yell about it tho..seems a bit worked up
TweetHes always hyped up, i cant watch his videos way over the top..
TweetI've always liked Marc Lobliner, but he swore too much for my liking lol.
That said, I think he's probably right in a lot of cases, but as you guys have pointed out, who is really honest about any of this?
However, I do think he's right that there are just some genetic freaks who can get bigger and leaner than anyone else and the help of steroids only furthers that. I had a friend in grad school who was an NCAA athlete and completely natural (I'm talking nothing other than maybe protein and he finally started using a creatine powder lol) and the dude was jacked. He wasn't huge, but he ate whatever he wanted and was absolutely ripped (and could jump over someone to dunk). Some people just have that gift.
TweetI would agree with you guys they most likely can maintain the size with less than they "grew" up on! But genetics do play a role or we would all be jacked!
TweetI tried watching this on another thread but couldn't get through all his cussing, such a lack of intelligence when you can't get your point across without cussing.
TweetI know guys who compete as im sure we all do. They run shit at dosages i wouldnt even imagine.
I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!
TweetWorth the watch! Here is a Powerlifter point of view and his cycles!
TweetThe truth about Pro cycles is there is none. You can't hold 100# of lean mass above your bodies normal max amount with out plenty of aas and calories. IMO end of story.
Tweet^bingo
