TweetI love powerlifting, i've never really wanted to compete in bodybuilding. When i start getting my strength back it's time for this animal to start working his way to the cage!!

TweetI know Sam Byrd. I have worked out with him a few times and he is a freaking BEAST MAN!!! He's the one that taught me how to squat. The first time I worked out with him, he changed a few errors in my squat form and I hit a 125lbs PR...I shit you not! The most I had done at the time was 250 with bad form. I left there that day having done 375 and he says that he thinks I could have even went up a little more. Watching a guy in person knock out 700+lbs for reps is just mind boggling to me. I had never been around anyone like that and it gets you pumped man!!
