      Awesome, bros, for real! I think the most I've ever done with 225lbs was 15 reps, and that was when I weighted a fat 250lbs, lol! I think I just did 6 controlled reps with a extremely hard contraction at that top the last time I did it! I weighted around 180lbs, though lol
