Dorian mentioned an column that he wrote describing what he used and such for Muscular Development. If anybody could find that and post it up that would be an awesome read for me. Dorian talks some real sense, at least it clicked in my mind while I was watching it doing my morning cardio. Now if stuff is making sense while I'm doing cardio, then you know he lays it out easy enough for everyone to understand lol! I love how Dorian doesn't ***** foot around topics. He's straight up, I like that.
