TweetI literally pointed and laughed at this guy. Told him he was an idiot and tearing up the equipment. So what does he do? I am glad you asked he added 25 more lbs to each side then busted out two more clean reps.

Tweetlol hh, you must be obsessed with this dude, this is the second time i have seen this guy doing trampoline bench press on the smith machine. hes just trying to get those fast twitch fibers activated, leave the poor amateur alone for goodness sakes.
