Ingredients

1 cup egg whites
2 scoops of True Nutrition's Orange Creamsicle Protein Powder

Preparation

Mix egg whites and True Nutrition's Orange Creamsicle protein powder until all powder is liquified.
Pour mixture into Popsicle trays.
Let freeze for about 2 or 3 hours.
Remove from freezer and consume immediately.
