Egg Beaters
Low-fat/Fat-free shredded cheese
Pepperoni
Margarine
Tomato Sauce/Marinara Sauce
Put margarine in pan and put oven on medium high
Pour egg beaters in until pan is coated
Wait until the edges start coming up from the pan, then flip
Pour cheese in center with warm marinara sauce and warm pepperoni's (microwave), wait till other side is cooked then fold and press together
I know its not the healthiest, but your metabolism is the highest in the mornings, right
Tweetwell....i dont know yet but if you leave out the pepperoni you might be better off. Try using the fitday.com site and itll give you a breakdown of everything you eat throughout the day then calculate it all for your body weight...
