1-2 c. salad greens and/or raw spinach
chicken breast
olive oil
balsalmic vinegar
garlic (I use fresh garlic)
pecans or walnuts (finely crushed)
fruit - any or all of the following: strawberries, oranges, grapes, pineapple, apple, etc

grease a baking pan with FF pam, place chicken breast in pan and coat with 1-2 Tbs. fresh garlic. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min (depends on the size of the chicken breast) until done.

Lay salad greens on a plate, chop up chicken breast and spread over salad greens. Top with oil and vinegar to taste (1 Tbs of each) and a sprinkling of garlic. Dust top of salad with nuts - as desired. Use 1/4c - 1/2 c of fruit on top for flavor/color.
