i use a lil salsa for the sauce
seasond chicken thin sliced (plain is plain)
onions
green peppers
lil low fat mozarella
lil feta
top with tomatoes
add anything you want
place on middle rack (middle of oven) 300 deg for 8-10 mins or so broil for 2 mins or so.....up to you
